Imperial County Accountable Community for Health

Imperial County ACH, with coordination from San Diego State University Research Foundation, works to plan for and coordinate health workforce needs by building partnerships and promoting power-sharing. Its goal is to learn from the community’s experience during the COVID-19 pandemic and better prepare the system for future challenges.

ABOUT CACHI

The California Accountable Communities for Health Initiative (CACHI) was established to spearhead efforts to modernize our health system and build a healthier California. To realize this vision, CACHI utilizes a model known as Accountable Communities for Health (ACH), where multiple sectors align goals and collaborate to address the leading health issues facing our communities.
