This ACH, with support from the North Coast Health Improvement and Information Network, works to create a safe, healthy and resilient community to holistically address substance use disorder, uniting key stakeholders to address the diverse factors contributing to addiction in rural Humboldt. Its efforts are aligned with the state’s Children Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI).

ABOUT CACHI
The California Accountable Communities for Health Initiative (CACHI) was established to spearhead efforts to modernize our health system and build a healthier California. To realize this vision, CACHI utilizes a model known as Accountable Communities for Health (ACH), where multiple sectors align goals and collaborate to address the leading health issues facing our communities.
